1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the weeplay.uk website and any enquiries you send us through it. By using the site you accept them, so please have a wee read. They were last updated in June 2026.

2. Using our website

The website is here to give you information about WeePlay and to let you send us an enquiry. When you fill in a form, please give us accurate details so we can get back to you and help with whatever you need.

3. Bookings & party enquiries

A party enquiry sent through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Once we have it, a member of the team will call you back to check availability and take a deposit (£50 for WeeTASTIC and WeeDELUXE, or £100 for VIP private hire). Your date and party are confirmed once we have spoken and the deposit is paid.

Prices and packages can change from time to time. The price we confirm with you at the point of booking is the price that applies to your party.

4. At the venue

You do not need to book to come and play. WeePlay is walk-in, open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, so you can just turn up. An adult must supervise their children at all times during the visit. For everyone’s safety, please follow our team’s guidance and any rules of play around the venue.

5. Food & allergies

A Halal menu and information on all allergy and dietary requirements are available on request. If anyone in your group has an allergy, please tell a member of the team before you order so we can help.

6. Prices

The prices shown on the website are a guide and can change. The price at the till, or the price we confirm for your party, is the one that applies.

7. Our content

The WeePlay name, logo, text and images on this website are owned by WeePlay. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but the website is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms now and again. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
